Since 1973, Shepherd Excavating, Inc. has been Dublin, Ohio’s premier foundation, excavation, grading, and basement repair companies. Preferred Basement Solutions was established as a division dedicated to basement waterproofing and repair in order to meet the ever changing needs of the industry as well as our customers.If you are experiencing wet basement issues, we can find a solution. At Preferred Basement Solutions, we utilize Rub-R-Wall Waterproofing. Rub-R-Wall is a highly advanced, spray applied, 100% rubber polymer waterproofing membrane. It contains zero asphalt/ bitumen and is resistant to bacteria, fungus, and chemical attacks. It features excellent elongation and permeability properties as well as a life expectancy that exceeds 100 years.

Featuring zero permeability, this system is sure to keep the moisture out while eliminating the damp, musty odors.
